Our Trade Partner Program is designed for installers, workshops, builders, and businesses who rely on quality gear and consistent supply. Whether you're fitting out cars, caravans, off-grid systems, or commercial setups — we’re here to back you.

This program isn’t just about pricing — it’s about building long-term partnerships with businesses that value quality, reliability, and local manufacturing.

1. Eligibility

1.1 To be eligible for the Trade Partner Program, applicants must:

a) Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN);

b) Provide a registered business name and business address;

c) Be operating as a genuine trade or commercial business.

1.2 OGPP reserves the right to approve or decline any Trade Partner application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligible Products

2.1 Trade pricing applies only to OGPP-manufactured products.

2.2 Trade pricing does not apply to:

a) Third-party products, including but not limited to Victron equipment;

b) Non-stock or special-order items;

c) Any items specifically excluded by OGPP from time to time.

3. Trade Pricing Structure

3.1 Trade Partners receive access to a tiered pricing structure based on total spend over a rolling 12-month period.

3.2 As Trade Partners increase their purchasing volume, they gain access to progressively improved pricing levels.

3.3 Specific pricing tiers, thresholds, and discounts are provided directly to approved Trade Partners and are not publicly disclosed.

3.4 OGPP reserves the right to review and adjust pricing structures at any time.

4. Tier Movement

4.1 Trade Partners will move between pricing tiers based on their purchasing activity over a rolling 12-month period.

4.2 Where minimum activity levels are not maintained, pricing tiers may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Trade Partner Benefits

5.1 In addition to structured pricing, Trade Partners may receive:

a) Priority order processing;

b) Priority stock allocation;

c) Access to product support and technical assistance.

5.2 These benefits are provided at OGPP’s discretion and may vary depending on stock levels and operational requirements.

6. Orders & Payment

6.1 All orders are subject to OGPP’s standard Terms and Conditions of Trade.

6.2 Standard pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Use of Trade Pricing

7.1 Trade pricing is provided strictly for use by the approved Trade Partner in the course of their business.

7.2 Trade pricing must not be:

a) Shared, disclosed, or advertised publicly;

b) Used for unauthorised resale or distribution outside normal business operations;

c) Used in a way that may damage the reputation or pricing structure of OGPP.

7.3 OGPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate Trade Partner access if pricing is misused.

8. Program Changes & Termination

8.1 OGPP reserves the right to:

a) Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Trade Partner Program at any time;

b) Change pricing structures, benefits, or eligibility requirements;

c) Remove any Trade Partner from the program at its discretion.

8.2 Where reasonably possible, OGPP will provide notice of significant changes.

9. Relationship

9.1 Participation in the Trade Partner Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between OGPP and the Trade Partner.

10. Australian Consumer Law

10.1 Nothing in this program excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
